Q: I inherited a home from my parents, its been vacant and in need of updating and repairs. Ive considered selling but dont want to invest any money to get it ready for the market, is this something you will buy?

A: This is exactly what we are looking for! we purchase and invest the cash then decide what to do with the home.

Q; What will you do with the home?

A: 99% of the time we will recondition the home and then add the home to our rental pool, we provide housing for all types of family's, individual's, traveling nurses etc.

Q: How do you figure out the offer on my home?

A: We take into account current market values, market conditions, home condition, repairs and comparable sales.

Q: I'd like to sell my home but not sure where I'm going to move yet, would you still consider the purchase?

A: Of course! we can offer several options, first you can stay in the home as is with a simple short- or long-term contract. Another option is we can start repairs or upgrades to the home with you still inplace, we can work around you.
